We are attending District Cub hike, From Bradley Head to Chowder Bay
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT
We will be meeting at 8.40am near the entrance to the station, in front of Coles Supermarket.
We are leaving and returning to Hurstville Train station.
Catch a train to Circular Quay and a ferry to Taronga Park Zoo wharf.
From the wharf we will do an urban hike on the foreshores of Mosman. Please ensure the cubs a wearing enclosed shoes
Cubs to have $10 on their Opal card for transport
Return time to Hurstville station is 3.00pm
Clothing & Equipment
Cubs to wear full uniform and a warm top
Bring in your backpack a raincoat, sun hat, enough food for morning tea and lunch (plus some extra snacks), water bottle and a couple of bandaids in a plastic sealed bag
No food items with nuts as an ingredient.
Wear:
full uniform with sneakers or other fully enclosed shoes suitable for walking all day.
Wide-brimmed hat, bucket hat or legionnaire style hat, this is Scouting policy. No baseball caps.

Pack in a daypack:
personal first aid kit (or at least a couple of bandaids in a ziplock bag).
reuseable drink bottle with water
lunch and snacks, including morning tea - we recommend packing extra snacks. Please do not send anything with nuts.
